Can we just say that it is a LONG way from California to India?
We had a marvelous evening out in Paris in between long flights. Arrived in Delhi after midnight, completely befuddled about what time zone we even might think we are in. Were met at the airport by Malagar, who will be a fine companion for the next three weeks.
Got to our hotel, had our first Kingfisher beers, are delighted to have wireless internet in the room, and want to get on India time ASAP so planning to get up at 7:00 a.m. It's after 4:00 a.m. now.
